How do I get started with ordering window coverings?
First, please reach out to us, and we’ll schedule a visit. During the visit, we’ll showcase product samples and collect measurements.
After the visit, we’ll send you a detailed quote. If you’re happy the quote, a 70% deposit is required to place the order and begin production.
Production typically takes about 4–5 weeks.
Once your window coverings are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule the installation.
After the installation is completed and you’re satisfied with the results, the remaining 30% balance will be charged.
What brands do you carry?
Hunter Douglas and Norman are our main brands for hard treatments(Blinds & Shades). We make our own soft treatments (Draperies) and supply our fabrics and hardware from Canadian suppliers.
What warranties do your products come with?

Yes we offer free, no-obligation consultations & estimates.
What are your payment terms?
A 70% deposit is required to place the order. The remaining 30% balance is due after installation is completed.
What's your typical lead time for custom window coverings?
We complete most projects in around 4–6 weeks from the time your order is placed.
Do you offer child-safe or pet-safe options?
Yes—all our products comply with current safety standards. We offer cordless or motorized options to eliminate cord hazards, especially important for homes with children or pets.
How do I clean and maintain my window coverings?
Most are low-maintenance: dust with a soft brush or vacuum attachment; spot-clean fabrics with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
