  Needed help with two blinds that the mechanism stopped working on hunter douglas up down blinds. First off he sends a text asap once you call in and the line of communication is created in seconds. He was very helpful and when I brought the blinds in he was able to fix them on the spot. Wouldn’t charge me even though I offered to pay… highly recommend .. honest hard work in this new world seems hard to come by so it was a great experience to see someone be honest and helpful.   After several unpleasant misfires with "the other" Victoria window covering "specialists", we were delighted to find some who was prepared to listen to what we wanted (rather than sell us what they had). Our experience, from product perusal to final installation was consistently excellent.  The staff were knowledgeable, credible, and- pleasant (a quality we had almost forgotten existed in the retail sector).  We would (and will) see them again for future window covering purchases.

We've been going through some very long and challenging renovations, and Ako has been very kind to install some of our roller shades before the entire order is produced just so that we can have privacy.
