We worked with owner, Ako, who was very responsive and kind to deal with. We got prices from two other competitors, including Costco, and everclassic was cheaper than them all (not by much) but we really liked dealing with Ako from the outset. He needed to come back to make slight adjustments to length of blinds and he made us feel confident that they would make everything right before we made the final payment. It was fixed quickly.
